Bodywork & Energy Healing

My therapeutic practice focuses on familiarizing relaxation within the nervous system to initiate deep restoration within the whole self. I encourage healing to emerge through leading clients back to our essential nature, where listening to our inner authority feels simple.  This creates a sense of sanctuary for the divine to feel worshipped within each individual.

Sessions generally begin with some moments for clients to center, share their current personal process in their mind, body, emotions and spirit, followed by their overall intentions for the experience. Close observation and active listening allows for my intuition to attune with what the healing space calls for. Once they have personal space to settled on the table, I offer a clearing/opening invocation to set the therapeutic container which may incorporate sound, aromatics, touch, visualization and/or spoken word. This practice brings awareness to  the vital components of our existence, while connecting us to only and all the energies that help us to live well. At that point flow state leads the journey into a hypnotic rhythm of harmonization.

I allow guidance of the client's body to uniquely weave together various physical and energetic techniques, applied to initiate a parasympathetic state. When one enters this phase of rest, we begin to repair on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual plane. During this time, I notice the more subtle rhythms of the body and where deeper holding patterns may reside. As I detect where these restrictions or “knots” may live, I provide a nurturing presence and tools to support the body in feeling safe to unwind back to greater freedom of healthy movement.

At the end of each session, gratitude is expressed for all the support that came forth to help in the journey and space for quiet integration time is provided. Once off the table, an opportunity to share is offered and the client is sent off with the suggestion to hydrate, nourish and continue on the healing path!
